The seven Victorian Child Safe Standards that all indoor centres, clubs and associations must comply with become 11 Standards. Cricket Victoria (CV) is working to ensure that our cricket community is supported to meet the 11 Standards and to create welcoming, safe and inclusive environments heading into season 2022-23.
The Australian Cricket Safeguarding Children Framework (AC Child Safe Framework) is being updated to comply with the new 11 Standards, which include additional focus on the safety and wellbeing of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander children, involving families and communities, as well as online safety.
